Designing a custom shower curtain

Size and shape: Measure the dimensions of your shower area, including height and width to ensure the curtain will fit properly.Once you have the measurements, you can use them to determine the amount of fabric needed for the cover. We can help you figure the amount of fabric you will need. A standard shower curtain is 72" x 72" and will need about 5 - 6 yards of fabric.
Fabric: Choose a fabric that is suitable for a shower curtain. Vinyl, polyester, and cotton are common choices for shower curtains as they are water-resistant and easy to clean. Indoor outdoor fabrics are a good choice.
Design: A simple flat sheet with grommets works the best. There is a large choice of colors and materials for the grommets.
Trim: Keep it minimal - that is the style these days. If you wish you can add some trim or valance at the top - not recommended.
Care: Choose fabric that can be washed and bleached. This is probably the only place where washing in a washing machine and using a dryer is recommended.
